Reflections on Cam.IDC 2019
We were delighted with the success of the Cambridge International Development Conference 2019. Held at Murray Edwards College Cambridge, over 100 students, professionals and academics gathered to critically discuss topics ranging from period poverty to peacebuilding to malaria prevention. Attendees witnessed a range of critical perspectives on the economic, political, gendered and environmental impacts of global development. A full list of speakers can be found here. The committee would like to once again thank our amazing speakers and panellists, attendees, and all our sponsors, alongside the Centre for Global Equality - without whom none of this would have been possible.
